Please note that the deadline for amending race pack postage details has passed, so we can’t accommodate any changes to address or changes to your original race pack postage or collection selection.
We would recommend trying to retrieve your race pack from the original address, otherwise you will have to pick up your event pack from the Festival Village at the help desk on Friday evening or Saturday. Once you have picked up a new race pack, your original bib will be cancelled. Helpdesk will be open:

Pack Collection Times:
Wednesday 9 July: 12:00 - 19:00
Thursday 10 July: 12:00 - 19:00
Friday 11 July: 12:00 - 19:00
Saturday 12 July: 10:00 - 18:00
If you can't make it to pack collection within these times, you can ask a friend/family member to pick up your race pack. The person picking up the pack will have to show:
- your PHOTO ID (picture of it is fine)
- your pack collection QR code - you won’t need this if you originally had postage
